All items will be carefully packed to reach you in perfect condition.

Subject to stock availability, items will usually be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment and normally 5 days for personalised items. Custom orders might take up to 2 weeks but timings will be informed and agreed with customer prior commission had been accepted. Orders placed over weekend are received by our system on Monday morning.

For shipments within the UK we use Standard Delivery Royal Mail Services generally and for some Royal Mail Signed. For other locations we will provide a postage or delivery fee when ordering prior to payment.

If you require items earlier then please contact us before 3pm from Monday to Friday and we will endeavour to post using next day delivery subject to stock availability, this may incur an additional charge.

For shipments outside the UK please contact us for a quotation. We will not be responsible for any local duty or taxes on these items; you should pay for these directly when applicable.
